I kept getting

in my own way

Then I found the thing that was doing it. And I figured out how to take it apart.

The pattern

You already know the feeling… Something’s wrong but you can’t name it. The automatic flinch. The reaction that doesn’t match what actually happened. A background hum of not-enough that colors everything.

What I found

Old emotional programming running on a loop. Stuff my subconscious locked away because I couldn’t face it at the time. The walls kept me safe once. They also kept me stuck.

What changed?

I cleared all of my panic-level anxiety in two days. It never came back. Various triggers used to hijack my entire day… I process them in real time now. That’s it. That’s the whole thing.

What is Lucid Reset?

A 5-step practice I built to process trapped emotions directly. No therapy, no journaling. Just your mind. You find the emotion, delete the walls your subconscious built around it, and let it leave. It’s the same process every time.

How it actually works

Your subconscious locked away certain emotions when you were too young, or overwhelmed to face them. They’re still running things. They’re dictating what you avoid, what triggers you, what you can’t seem to move past. Lucid Reset is how I found those walls and took them apart. Five steps, repeated. The emotions process and move. You don’t manage them. They actually leave.

Help yourself help yourself

Lucid Reset is for people who are done avoiding the thing and are ready to face it. Start with the free guide to see how the first step works. Or if you already know, the full method is below.
